This easy recipe for honey mustard dressing is so much better than store-bought and is super quick and easy to make. This mouth-watering salad dressing is perfect for summer salads or as a dip.
Honey - the sweetness of the honey goes perfectly with the tanginess of the mustard. All types of honey will work for this recipe but adding some local honey makes it extra special.
Mustard - I recommend using Dijon mustard. This soft, yellow, creamy mustard gives you a smooth dressing and adds an amazing flavor. You could use regular or .. mustard if that's what you have.
Lemon juice - gives the dressing a little extra flavor. You could use vinegar but it wont give the dressing that fresh summer taste.
Olive oil - the best olive oil to use for salad dressing is a extra virgin olive oil but you could use any olive or sunfloweroil you have on hand.
