Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C).
  • Add the dry ingredients to a bowl or baking dish and give it a quick whisk.
  • Pour in the milk and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Divide the chocolate chips over the oats and bake them for 10-15 minutes.

Notes

  • Add your favorite fruit! When I make baked oats without banana, I like to mix in apples, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and cherries.
  • Chopped nuts are also amazing.
  • Prepare your breakfast the night before and store it in the fridge so you only have to bake it in the morning.
