- 2 small heads of broccoli
- 1 red onion
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¼ cups dried fruit such as raisins
Heat a frying pan and fry the bacon strips in it.
Let the bacon strips cool completely, and cut the onion into rings and the broccoli into small florets.
Wash the broccoli and drain it well.
