Ingredients

  • 2 small heads of broccoli
  • 1 red onion
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ cups dried fruit such as raisins

Instructions

  • Heat a frying pan and fry the bacon strips in it.
  • Let the bacon strips cool completely, and cut the onion into rings and the broccoli into small florets.
  • Wash the broccoli and drain it well.
  • Put all the vegetables, the dried fruit, and the fried bacon in a large bowl and spoon the mayonnaise on top.
  • Stir everything together well and divide the broccoli salad among the plates.
