- 8 apples
- ½ stick butter
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- A pinch salt
Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut them into thin slices and put them in a mixing bowl.
Pour in the lemon juice and stir well.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the apples.
Cook the apples until they soften, and add the cinnamon and the sugar.
