  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat some oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken wings for about 25 minutes until done. It is important not to overcrowd the pan and turn the chicken occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, put the softened butter and herbs in a bowl and mix them well.
  • Once the chicken wings are cooked, add the herb butter and mix well until the butter is melted and all the chicken pieces are coated in herb butter.

Notes

 You can use either homemade garlic butter or store-bought for this recipe.
