- ½ cucumber sliced
- 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- ½ bell pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- ¼ cup Feta cheese diced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 black olives sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add all your vegetables to a large bowl and toss them together with your hands.
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice, and feta cheese and mix them in.
