Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese diced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 black olives sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all your vegetables to a large bowl and toss them together with your hands.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice, and feta cheese and mix them in.
