Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Whisk the milk, sugar, cinnamon, and egg in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and let them soak for one minute.
  • Melt some butter in your pan.
  • Add the bread slices to your pan and bake them on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  • Remove the French toast to a plate and sprinkle with some extra sugar and cinnamon.
