- 4 slices bread
- 1 egg
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
Whisk the milk, sugar, cinnamon, and egg in a shallow bowl.
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and let them soak for one minute.
Melt some butter in your pan.
Add the bread slices to your pan and bake them on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden.
