Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Add the flour along with the yeast, sugar, and salt to a large mixing bowl and stir.
  • Add the warm water and olive oil and knead quickly. Don't add all the water at once because not all the flour needs the same amount. This will prevent your dough from being too wet.
  • Turn the mixing bowl onto a floured work surface and knead it into a soft and smooth dough in 10 minutes.
  • Spread some oil in the mixing bowl and let the dough rise under a damp tea towel for 45-60 minutes until it has doubled in volume.
  • Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into four balls.
  • Roll out the balls and spread some pizza sauce and your favorite toppings over each pizza.
  • Bake the pizzas for about 10-15 minutes at 220 °C.
