Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes cooked
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the potato slices, onion rings, bacon bits, and some pepper to the hot butter.
  • Fry the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
