Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until completely combined.
  • Pour your gyro seasoning into a small spice jar and store it in a cool, dark place.

  • Re-use empty spice jars to store your gyro seasoning.
  • Homemade gyro seasoning will last for at least a year.
