Ingredients

  • ½ honeydew melon
  • 6 ounces watercress or arugula
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 8 tablespoon balsamic
  • 7 ounces mozzarella balls

Instructions

  • Cut the melon into small cubes and wash the arugula.
