- 10.5 oz salmon
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- wooden skewers
Place the skewers in a shallow dish with water. This will make them less likely to burn when you put the skewers on the grill. Soak them for about 30 minutes.
Pat the salmon dry and cut it into 3-inch cubes.
Cut the lemon into thin slices, put the salmon together with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and let the salmon marinate for about an hour.
Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and prick them on the skewers.
Stick a slice of lemon on each skewer as well.
Heat a grill pan and fry the salmon skewers for about 3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
