Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz salmon
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Place the skewers in a shallow dish with water. This will make them less likely to burn when you put the skewers on the grill. Soak them for about 30 minutes.
  • Pat the salmon dry and cut it into 3-inch cubes.
  • Cut the lemon into thin slices, put the salmon together with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and let the salmon marinate for about an hour.
  • Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and prick them on the skewers.
  • Stick a slice of lemon on each skewer as well.
  • Heat a grill pan and fry the salmon skewers for about 3 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
