Waldorf salad with chicken is a classic American salad with apple, celery, mayonnaise, lemon and walnuts. I added some chicken to make it perfect for lunch.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup chicken cooked or smoked
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 large apples
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  • Wash and dice the vegetables and dice the chicken.
  • Peel and dice the apple and add to your vegetables.
  • Mix everything together and serve with some lettuce.

Notes

Add some grapes to this Waldorf salad for some extra color
